The Czech concerts will take place on Saturday 27th July and Sunday 28th July 2024 in Hradec Králové at Park 360.

UNIQUE CONCERT ARENA

The pair of Czech concerts will offer a unique experience within the whole European tour, because at the event we will build special stands arranged in a circle around the central stage, so you will have Ed Sheeran almost at your fingertips. The Copenhagen show, for example, which took place 2 years ago, offered a similar unique arrangement of stands. In the picture below you can see what you can look forward to.

CASHLESS

EDA SHEERAN concerts will be cashless. Just like at the Rock for People festival, where we’ve had a proven service for years, all payments at Ed Sheeran concerts will be made using a wristband with a chip. Only merchandise will be available for payment by card, otherwise card and cash payments will not be possible throughout the venue.

The main advantage of NFCtron payment is that it also works offline (unlike contactless payments by card/phone or watch). This guarantees a functional and fast payment, no matter if there are tens of thousands of fans on site.

CREDIT REFUND
What if you don’t spend it all? You won’t lose your balance, of course. Refunding the credit to any EU bank account is free of charge and you can apply for the remaining balance in the NFCtron mobile app within 14 days of the end of the promotion.

VENUE MAP

In Park 360 venue, in addition to the concert arena, you will also find a rich recreational infrastructure in the Fan Zone, including chill out zones in large hangars that will protect you from the vagaries of the weather, 3 busking stages, a circus tent with a stage and seating, ceramic toilets and a large selection of food and drink. Concert merchandise will be available for purchase in a special merchandise store in the Fan Zone before the concert.

Access to the venue will be available via the Fan Zone from 12:00, after 16:00 the second entrance from the car park will also be open. A map of the whole area including the Fan Zone can be found below.

Leaving the Fan Zone and the concert arena will invalidate the ticket and re-entry is not possible!
It is necessary to observe the organizational rules on the premises and it is not allowed to bring in prohibited items. More information can be found HERE.

FAN ZONE

You can arrive at the Fan Zone from 12:00, where a series of musical performances await you before the main concert. You can also enjoy a wide range of refreshments, buy concert merchandise without queues or enjoy a rich all-day accompanying programme:

  • There will also be a PlayStation hangar, fairground attractions, board games and more. And maybe we have more surprises in store for you. 😉

After the concert, there will be a DJ afterparty in the Fan Zone, which will offer a continuation of the musical experience and shorten your wait to leave the venue.

Admission to the Fan Zone is free and included with your ticket. It will be possible to enter the Fan Zone only with a valid concert ticket.

COMFY FAN ZONE

If you require more comfort or simply want to make yourself happy, we have prepared a special COMFY Zone with a limited capacity that offers an even greater level of comfort:

  • Premium check-in and fast track to COMFY zone
  • Luxurious hangar bar and zone with a variety of seating and relaxation options
  • Hostess service – free refreshments (canapés, soft drinks, wine, beer)
